We braise the shoulder in a mixture of 9 different spices then cook the rice in the lamb broth. CHICKEN & CAULIFLOWER KABSEH
This wonderful Arabian Gulf dish borrows from the culinary traditions of the Indian subcontinent to create a blend of flavors uniquely Middle Eastern. Seasoned morsels of chicken, braised in a rich broth of tomatoes, onions and fragrant spices until very tender. The broth is then used to cook the rice and cauliflower. MUSAKHAN
This dish originated in the Jordanian-Palestinian region and had been adopted, with slight variations, all over the Middle East with great success. Our recipe uses traditional flat, thin bread, stuffed with a mixture of golden fried onions, chicken morsels, herbs and spices with lots of olive oil. The folded bread purse is baked and served with a side of crunchy salad and a garlic dip. 15.00
